Lígia Batista

Founding Partner and CEO

Lígia Batista holds a BA in journalism from PUC–Rio and a post-graduate degree in Marketing from IAG PUC–Rio. In addition, Lígia has attended the International Business Communication Course at Aberje/Syracuse University (NY). She has over seventeen years of experience in corporate communication with a strong emphasis in press consultancy, digital media, crisis management, strategic planning, internal communication and communication training services.  Throughout her career, she has worked in many industries, such as legal, finance, infrastructure, oil & gas, health, and culture. 

Priscilla Caetano

Partner and COO

Priscilla Caetano holds a BA in journalism from PUC-Rio and a post-graduate degree in Integrated Business Communication from ESPM-Rio. She consolidated her career in press consultancy and business communication, a field in which she has worked for over fifteen years. She worked for renowned agencies serving clients in sectors such as oil and gas, infrastructure, aviation, R&D, energy, retail and education on the most diverse branches of communication, such as media relations, social media, internal communication, strategic planning and crisis management.
