Platforms and&#13;\nalgorithms can amplify content at scale within minutes, significantly expanding the visibility of&#13;\nbrands, companies, and institutions. But this same dynamic comes with a defining trade-off:&#13;\nattention fades just as quickly as it builds.<\/p>\n\n<p>In this context, reach is no longer enough to gauge a message\u2019s impact. A view only confirms&#13;\nthat content was delivered\u2014not how it was understood, whether it sparked reflection, or if it&#13;\ninfluenced perceptions of the institution.
