Many of the so-called&#13;\n&#8220;trends&#8221; are already underway, and they help explain why some models are no longer as&#13;\neffective in sustaining the relationship between brands and people. In most cases, these&#13;\nformats haven\u2019t disappeared; they\u2019ve simply fallen out of sync with the pace, expectations,&#13;\nand nature of today\u2019s interactions.<\/p>\n\n<p>While the conversation often begins with technology or channel selection, the most significant&#13;\nshift is happening in the logic of interaction. Communication is no longer linear, predictable, or&#13;\nfully controlled by brands. Instead, what\u2019s gaining space is a dynamic rooted in continuity,&#13;\nrecognition, and the sense that someone is genuinely accompanying the journey on the other&#13;\nside. When this logic breaks, the impact is immediate for the person receiving the message.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Experience Doesn\u2019t End with the Message<\/p>\n\n<p>This erosion is most evident in communications that don\u2019t allow for response. One-size-fits-all&#13;\nstrategies are increasingly limited, as language, format, and approach must shift according to&#13;\nculture, region, and behavior.
