The study also highlights that the platform is one of the most effective communication tools for immediate managers, ranking second (28%)\u2014trailing only email (74%).&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>This trend underscores the need for companies to develop more concise and dynamic materials to ensure messages are delivered quickly, efficiently, and clearly. Given employees\u2019 busy schedules and the demands they face, the preference for practical and direct content is evident. WhatsApp\u2019s familiar interface and interactive features help drive engagement organically.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>The survey also found that 19% of companies consider formal internal channels\u2014such as intranet, email, corporate TV, newsletters, and even corporate WhatsApp\u2014to be the most effective.
